Christmas time always brings a lot of activity to our house. In early December we went and picked out our Christmas tree at Western Tree Farm in Applegate. It's quite a drive from our house but being able to drive around the property and pick out the tree is worth it. We also got to see Santa while we were there so the kids told him what they wanted. The kids had their dance Christmas party and St Nicholas party at church which is always fun. On December 21st the entire Murphy Clan including Grandma Murphy went to see a Red Wings game. This was Grandma's first time EVER at Joe Louis Arena to see a Wings game so we were all very excited to share this special day together. Christmas Eve was at our house this year which is good since Pat spent the entire night in bed with the flu. Christmas Day was great with a stop at Grandma and Grandpa Huddas's as well as at Grandma Murphy's.
